My stay at ROW NYC was filled with mixed experiences. On one hand, I loved the clean, modern rooms and the vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being near Times Square was a big plus, but I faced significant challenges with the service and room issues that detracted from my overall enjoyment. For the price, I felt some aspects could definitely improve.

My stay at Row NYC was marked by a fantastic location just steps from Broadway, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room was basic but served its purpose as a launchpad for my New York adventures. However, the check-in experience was frustrating, with long lines and unhelpful front desk staff. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but the service could definitely use some improvements.
